1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using One Click Sites ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. The Product

One Click Sites is a website builder tool that allows users to create, publish, and manage mini affiliate landing pages. The service includes access to our site builder, themes, layouts, AI content tools, and included guides.

The $7 one-time purchase provides lifetime access to the core site builder with 3 site slots. Additional upgrades (unlimited sites, done-for-you setup, traffic sources) are optional and available for separate purchase.

3. Purchases & Billing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in USD. The one-time $7 purchase includes lifetime access. Optional upsells (OTO 1–5) and the VIP Insider Circle subscription ($27/mo or $17/mo) are billed separately.

VIP Circle subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Domain registration fees are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on the core One Click Sites purchase. Email us within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use One Click Sites to build landing pages for legal, legitimate purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use our service to create pages promoting illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive products or services
• Build pages that violate FTC guidelines or other advertising regulations
• Create pages that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Use the service to distribute malware, phishing pages, or other harmful content
• Resell or redistribute our templates or content as standalone products

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Affiliate Marketing & Compliance

One Click Sites is a tool for affiliate marketers. You are solely responsible for ensuring your pages and promotional activities comply with:

• FTC Endorsement Guidelines (disclose affiliate relationships clearly)
• Affiliate network terms of service
• Platform terms (Google, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) for any advertising or content distribution
• Any applicable laws in your jurisdiction

We include compliance guidance in our guides, but you're responsible for your own compliance.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the content you create using One Click Sites — your headlines, copy, site pages, and affiliate links. We retain ownership of our platform, themes, layouts, and branding.

You may export and host your created sites independently. You may not extract, replicate, or resell our theme designs or platform code.

8. Third-Party Services

Your use of third-party services linked from or integrated with your One Click Sites pages (affiliate networks, payment processors, ad platforms) is governed by those companies' own terms and policies. We do not control third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

One Click Sites is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee specific earnings, traffic, or business results. Your results depend on how you use the tool, the niche you choose, the affiliate offers you promote, and your marketing efforts. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Account & Access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to share your login with others beyond your team. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exhibit suspicious or harmful activity.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
