How to Request a Refund

Email us at Mitchell@MSECOMLLC.com with the subject line "Refund Request." We'll process your refund within 5 business days.

What We Refund

The $7 one-time purchase for One Click Sites is refundable within 30 days. If you upgraded to a paid plan, that upgrade is also refundable within 30 days of the upgrade purchase.

What We Don't Refund

Refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase (after 30 days)
Downsell or upsell products purchased separately (OTO 1-5 products)
Custom domain purchases (domain registration fees are non-refundable)

VIP Insider Circle Subscriptions

Monthly VIP Circle subscriptions ($27/mo or $17/mo) can be cancelled at any time. If cancelled within 30 days of the last billing date, you may request a refund for that month's charge. Contact us to cancel or request a refund.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method within that timeframe. If you paid by card, the refund may take 5-10 business days to reach your account depending on your bank.
