What We Collect

When you sign up for One Click Sites, we collect:

• Account info: your name, email address, and password (stored securely)
• Payment info: processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card number
• Site content: the headlines, copy, themes, and settings you create in the builder
• Usage data: how you use the dashboard, which features you use, error logs
• Analytics: page views and click-through rates on your published sites (aggregate data)

Email Communication

If you opt in to our email list (via the sales page capture form or exit-intent popup), we'll email you relevant affiliate marketing tips and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email — it takes effect immediately.

If you purchase One Click Sites, we'll email you your purchase confirmation, login instructions, and product-related updates. We don't sell or share your email with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technology for:

• Authentication: keeping you logged in to your dashboard
• Analytics: understanding how visitors use our sales page (via our analytics system)
• Session management: tracking your checkout progress
• Urgency features: remembering if you've dismissed the countdown timer

You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly without them.

We do not use third-party advertising pixels or trackers on our sales page.

Payment Processing

All payments are handled by Stripe. When you buy One Click Sites, Stripe collects your card details, processes the charge, and sends us a confirmation — we never see your full card number, CVV, or billing PIN.

Stripe may store your payment method for future purchases (OTO upsells, VIP subscriptions) at your request. You can manage or remove stored payment methods via the Stripe portal accessible from your account settings.

For VIP Circle subscriptions, Stripe automatically charges your saved payment method on each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime via your dashboard or by emailing us.

Analytics on Your Published Sites

When visitors view your published mini sites, we collect:

• Page views (how many people visit)
• CTA clicks (how many click your affiliate links)
• Referrer data (where visitors come from: Google, Pinterest, etc.)
• Browser and device type (aggregate, not personally identifying)

This data is shown in your dashboard traffic stats. We don't share individual visitor-level data with third parties.

What We Don't Share

We don't sell your email address, personal data, or site content to third parties. Your site content stays yours — we don't use it to train AI models or for any purpose beyond operating the service.

Data Retention

We keep your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain it longer (financial records are kept for 7 years per tax requirements).

Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed — we cannot see your actual password. Payment data is tokenized by Stripe and never touches our servers directly.

Children's Privacy

One Click Sites is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you're in the EU or California, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (we'll do so within 30 days)
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we'll post an update here and, for significant changes, email you directly. This policy was last updated in May 2026.
